Sydney’s Closing Keynote Speaker: Ken Sheargold – The Evolving Business Analyst

We live in a time where the rate of change has overtaken the rate of learning.

Your correct answers of today, may no longer be the correct answers for tomorrow.

With this tremendous change happening, the business analyst will need to move out of their comfort zone and move into the domain of continuous learning.  Up to the minute, new ideas will build confidence, and that brings about change and we must change and evolve.

Self-confidence and personal growth is imperative for an effective business analyst.

The paradox about business success is that – the ways that made business successful, seldom are those that keep you there.  In this the business analyst will need to become the ‘learning engine’ to support future businesses.

If we don’t learn, we will become obsolete.
