Sound familiar? These are just some of the myths around Agile delivery Louisa will seek to debunk as she shows how business analysis is the lynch pin to successful Agile delivery.
In this practical workshop the different flavours of Agile will be compared and the business analysis responsibilities in Agile highlighted. Practical exercises will provide an opportunity to both gain a better understanding of great Agile BA practices and get hands on experience in useful agile techniques that can be applied to both agile and non-agile projects immediately.

Louisa Leung – Head of Consulting Services WA at DDLS
Over the course of her career, Louisa has successfully set up multiple Project Management Offices (PMOs) and implemented Agile frameworks for the likes of PwC, NBNCo, Sydney Water and Dimension Data. She has previously been a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master gained valuable experience from both technical and non-technical aspects of IT in a variety of private and public sector organisations.
Since re-locating to Western Australia from New South Wales, Louisa entered the professional learning area to share her knowledge and experience whilst assisting organisations to find that balance between theory (e.g. Prince2, AgilePM, ITIL) and real world practices. Louisa has a strong focus on stakeholder relations, management and communication, risk and issue management, improved project governance, reporting, people and problem solving skills.
