With this in mind, Jen will share her love of diagrams that she has used throughout her career as a Business Analyst/Consultant within the Technology industry.

Jen is a creative IT professional that uses conventional and unconventional methods to deliver results for organisations. She has been working within the ICT industry for over 10 years in both private and public sectors.

Professionally, Jen is passionate about using technology as an enabler to simplify and solve complex business problems. At a personal level, Jen enjoys helping people; especially focusing on improving the lives of others.

Currently, Jen is working for TechnologyOne, an Australian enterprise software company within the Cloud R&D Team as a Senior Business Analyst. In her spare time, Jen volunteers for various not-for-profit organisations such IIBA and charities.
