In this session, Glenn is going to present his journey and experience on how business analysis (BA) has become more effective by combining business architecture, Lean Six Sigma, BPM and design thinking into the overall business and solution requirements menu.
Glenn will walk the audience through his BA journey on the different projects he’s working on from mining, transport, to finance sector… and providing you with real examples and case studies. This presentation will enable the audience to:
- Learn and appreciate how BA richness combined with the above disciplines facilitates maximum value to overall BA knowledge areas and deliverables; and
- Help address their needs of strengthening and improving their business process analysis, solution scoping, and requirements definition capabilities to provide strategic and operational excellence, and customer lifetime value.

Glenn is a consultant at Glass and has over fifteen years of experience within the areas of business improvement, Business Process Management (BPM), and business analysis. He helps businesses design and deliver business transformation, innovation and process excellence throughout their organisation, leading cross-functional teams to bring about fundamental change and improvements to processes and customer experience, delivering efficiency gains and increased profitability to businesses. Glenn holds a Master’s degree in Business Process Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a registered PRINCE2® Practitioner and IIBA® Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®). He has broad experience across many different industries from mining, manufacturing, transport, and education to finance. He has also guest-lectured and tutored courses in BPM, business analysis, and Lean Six Sigma at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), and has been a Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Lean Six Sigma trainer.
