Jacqueline Linke – Innovation, Culture & Leadership Speaker

Jacqueline has worked in Leadership, Culture and Innovation as a Speaker, Facilitator and Executive Coach, consulting to major companies and organisations in the public and private sectors across the Asia-Pacific Region. She presented her insights on mindset at the Chief Innovation Officer Summit, Singapore in July 2018 “Manifest the Mindset – How to ignite the collective potential of your organisation” and is returning to Berlin in December to speak at the World Innovation Convention December 2018 – “Turning the Page on Storytelling: Compelling messaging for Innovation”

Jacqueline’s empowering approach to building culture through developing leaders and realising individuals’ potential, comes from years of coaching and facilitation in the public and private sector in all aspects of soft skills behavioural training, including customer service, stakeholder management, communication skills, cognitive agility, emotional intelligence, storytelling, presentation skills, creative thinking, negotiation skills, influencing and leadership skills.

Jacqueline graduated from NIDA as a professional actress and started her career as a principal artist at Opera Australia. She spent many years performing theatre in Australia and internationally in New York, Dublin and London and won the Best Actress at the Edinburgh Festival before transferring her skills to the corporate arena. As a consultant she applies her artistic filter to designing and delivering experiences to optimise employee performance and achieve organisational objectives.

Jacqueline currently works as the Manager of Innovation & Strategy for Sydney Trains where she is responsible for designing and delivering an enterprise wide strategy aligned with Transport for New South Wales to spur innovation into every corner of the organisation. She will provide inspiration and practical ways to manifest a mindset for the future and empower leaders to create a trajectory they had not imagined possible.
